1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Malaysia using reliable local courier services such as:
  • J&T Express
  • Poslaju
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
 
2. Processing & Delivery Time
  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on your location)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 
3. Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of RM10 for shipping within Malaysia to help cover packaging materials and handling, especially since our items are prints and require extra care.
However, for larger or multiple artworks, shipping fees may vary depending on the total size and weight of your order. If that’s the case, we’ll reach out to you directly before dispatching your package.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out for those on our website or socials!

 
4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received
